This is a non-personal services contract for laundry service. The contractor must meet all requirements of the performance work statement, including pickup and delivery of laundry free of visible dirt, debris, dampness, offensive odors, mildew, and cleansing chemical residue. The laundry must have a uniform appearance, show no signs of damage, and be properly finished and packaged. The contractor must provide a contract manager and alternate, and personnel must present a neat, clean, and professional appearance. The contractor is responsible for quality control, management, and quality control actions to meet the terms of the contract. The contractor must treat all laundry with residual self-sanitizing germicide, process laundry separately from other customers, and ensure items received wet or moist are processed to prevent mildew, rust, or other stains. The contractor must ensure each clinic receives the same items and quantity picked up, and soiled laundry does not come into contact with clean laundry. Laundry tickets containing the count of articles or weight of laundry must be provided to the government representative. The contractor must repair damages to individual items at their expense. Special wash items must be segregated from other laundry items. Clean and contaminated laundry must not be comingled. Items not delivered within two business days of the original scheduled delivery date will be considered lost. Flatwork must be processed smoothly, without rough dried spots, or wrinkling. Laundry must be folded neatly and uniformly. Laundry shall be delivered in accordance with the method of finish codes noted. The pickup and delivery location is specified. The contractor must coordinate deliveries with the government representative. The contractor shall pickup soiled laundry one day per week between **** and **** and deliver clean laundry within seven calendar days after pickup between **** and 1530. When a pickup or delivery day falls on a federal holiday or planned closure, the service will occur on the next business day. The contractor must comply with all local health regulations, state laws, and OSHA requirements pertaining to the transporting and handling of all laundry. The contractor's facility must meet all OSHA standards and be subject to inspection at any time by a government representative.

This is a non-personal services contract for hospital laundry services, including linen, curtains, drapes, doctor coats, and dietary uniforms. The contract period is from October 2025 to September 2026. All processed items must be picked up, processed, and returned within 48 hours. The pickup site is Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), Building 42817. The contractor must meet specific requirements regarding personnel experience (minimum 36 months), training, certifications, and compliance with Army regulations and Joint Commission standards. The contractor must provide a Program Manager (PM) with at least 24 months of experience, and an alternate. The contractor must also provide a contingency plan for mobilization, labor disputes, disasters, and severe weather. The contractor must also dye unserviceable articles brown, as required. The contractor must ensure strict segregation of articles. The contractor must comply with OSHA bloodborne pathogens standards. Any items not meeting the requirements of the PWS must be recleaned at no additional cost to the government. The contractor must provide a packing slip for each linen cart delivered to WAMC.

The tender is for laundry services and weekly delivery of uniforms for approximately four personnel at the Pikes Peak National Cemetery. The contract covers a base period, and four optional years, which allows the government to unilaterally extend the contract period for 12 months each. Quotes are due by 12:00 PM EST on September 18, 2025. Offerors must be registered with SAM (System for Award Management) and complete the ORCA (Online Representations and Certifications Application). The guaranteed minimum amount for the life of the contract is $5,000. The maximum aggregate value of the contract, inclusive of the five one-year ordering periods, shall not exceed $75,000.
