Sealed bid proposals are due by 3:00 PM on July 24, 2026, for the construction of the 100th Avenue Multimodal Path. The project involves building an 8-foot wide concrete sidewalk, installing streetlights, ADA ramps, and pavement markings. Bidders must be prequalified with the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT). An optional pre-bid conference will be held via Zoom on July 9, 2026.
