Lot 15: Mosquito and Tick Barrier Treatment - As Needed. Application of seasonal mosquito and tick control ( e. g. , fogging or misting) for high- traffic outdoor guest areas, event spaces, lodge patios, or pool areas. Pricing is structured per- application or per- acre. To be scheduled and approved by the Park Manager. Vendor Requirements: * Vendor must provide a maximum 24- hour response time for emergency or as- needed service calls regarding active interior pests, rodents, or immediate safety hazards ( such as stinging insects) in guest- occupied areas or active food service zones. * Following each visit, the vendor must provide a detailed service report ( digital or physical logbook kept on- site). This report must detail all areas inspected, any pest activity found, a list of all chemicals applied ( including EPA registration numbers), and any structural recommendations to prevent pest entry. * The vendor guarantees their monthly covered pest treatments for 30 days. If covered pests return within that window, the vendor will provide a follow- up " callback" service at no additional charge. Furthermore, for units requiring occupant permission ( such as Task 5 Residences), the state will not be billed for any unit the vendor is unable to access and service during their scheduled visit. * The vendor must provide and maintain a current binder of Safety Data Sheets ( SDS) for all chemicals and baits used on the property. This binder must be kept on- site, readily accessible to park management, and updated immediately by the vendor whenever a new product is introduced. All applying technicians must be fully licensed by the Kentucky Department of Agriculture.
Lot 1: This is to establish a contract for pest control service for Kentucky Dam Village State Resort Park, 113 Administration Drive, Gilbertsville KY **** quantities are yearly estimates. Successful vendor will need to contact the park manager to schedule service. Current contract ( ****) expires 08/04/2026. This contract will have one ( 1) contract renewal. Kentucky Dam Village Main Lodge Pest Control - Monthly - Seventy- two ( 72) rooms, lobby, meeting room, gift shop, front desk, restrooms, and storage area. Monthly Integrated Pest Management ( IPM) service. Service includes comprehensive inspection, monitoring, and targeted treatment for common crawling insects ( including but not limited to ants, roaches, and spiders), standard rodent control ( mice and rats), and commercial kitchen fly control ( including preventative biological drain treatments for fruit and drain flies). Vendor will utilize baiting and trapping strategies as primary control methods, with chemical applications used only when necessary. Vendor must provide, install, and maintain heavy- duty, tamper- resistant exterior rodent bait stations around the exterior perimeter, and adjacent dumpsters. All stations must be securely anchored, locked, and explicitly labeled. During monthly service, the vendor must open, inspect, clean, and replenish bait in all exterior stations.
Lot 2: Kentucky Dam Village - Village Green Lodge and Meeting Room Pest Control Monthly - Fourteen ( 14) rooms, lobby, storage areas, and restrooms. Monthly Integrated Pest Management ( IPM) service. Service includes comprehensive inspection, monitoring, and targeted treatment for common crawling insects ( including but not limited to ants, roaches, and spiders), and standard rodent control ( mice and rats). Vendor will utilize baiting and trapping strategies as primary control methods, with chemical applications used only when necessary
Lot 3: Kentucky Dam Village Conference Center Pest Control - Monthly - All public and storage areas, restrooms, etc. Monthly Integrated Pest Management ( IPM) service. Service includes comprehensive inspection, monitoring, and targeted treatment for common crawling insects ( including but not limited to ants, roaches, and spiders), standard rodent control ( mice and rats), and commercial kitchen fly control ( including preventative biological drain treatments for fruit and drain flies). Service includes comprehensive inspection, monitoring, and targeted treatment for common crawling insects ( including but not limited to ants, roaches, and spiders), and standard rodent control ( mice and rats). Vendor will utilize baiting and trapping strategies as primary control methods, with chemical applications used only when necessary. Vendor must provide, install, and maintain heavy- duty, tamper- resistant exterior rodent bait stations around the exterior perimeter, adjacent dumpsters, and outside each individual cottage. All stations must be securely anchored, locked, and explicitly labeled. During monthly service, the vendor must open, inspect, clean, and replenish bait in all exterior stations.
Lot 5: Kentucky Dam Village Residences Pest Control - Monthly - Seven ( 7) park residences. Houses shall be entered only upon the permission of the residents. Monthly Integrated Pest Management ( IPM) service. Service includes comprehensive inspection, monitoring, and targeted treatment for common crawling insects ( including but not limited to ants, roaches, and spiders), and standard rodent control ( mice and rats). Vendor will utilize baiting and trapping strategies as primary control methods, with chemical applications used only when necessary.
Lot 6: Kentucky Dam Village Maintenance and Housekeeping Areas Pest Control - Monthly - Warehouse, laundry, housekeeping and maintenance buildings, offices, ranger office, linen storage building in executive cottage area. Monthly Integrated Pest Management ( IPM) service. Service includes comprehensive inspection, monitoring, and targeted treatment for common crawling insects ( including but not limited to ants, roaches, and spiders), and standard rodent control ( mice and rats). Vendor will utilize baiting and trapping strategies as primary control methods, with chemical applications used only when necessary.
Lot 7: KY Dam Village Pro- Shop Pest Control - Monthly - All public areas, storage, restrooms, office, and cart barn. Monthly Integrated Pest Management ( IPM) service. Service includes comprehensive inspection, monitoring, and targeted treatment for common crawling insects ( including but not limited to ants, roaches, and spiders), and standard rodent control ( mice and rats). Vendor will utilize baiting and trapping strategies as primary control methods, with chemical applications used only when necessary.

Vendor will utilize baiting and trapping strategies as primary control methods, with chemical applications used only when necessary.
Lot 9: Kentucky Dam Village Business Office Pest Control - Monthly - Service all areas. Monthly Integrated Pest Management ( IPM) service. Service includes comprehensive inspection, monitoring, and targeted treatment for common crawling insects ( including but not limited to ants, roaches, and spiders), and standard rodent control ( mice and rats). Vendor will utilize baiting and trapping strategies as primary control methods, with chemical applications used only when necessary.
Lot 10: Exterior pest control barrier treatment. Application of an exterior liquid barrier treatment with insecticides twice a year ( recommended Spring and early Fall). Includes treatment of all exterior doors, crawl space entrances, foundations, vents, and utility openings, applying a 2- foot- wide band around perimeters and extending 2- 3 feet up the foundation wall. Scheduled by the Park Manager.
Lot 11: Targeted exterior treatment for seasonal pests. Includes proactive fall exterior barrier applications specifically for the prevention of overwintering Asian Lady Beetles and Stink Bugs, and reactive spot- treatments for Mud Daubers and other stinging insects on an as- needed basis. Pricing is structured per service call/application. To be scheduled by the Park Manager.
Lot 12: Interior treatment for fleas on a per- unit/per- room/per- cottage basis as needed. Service must include an initial comprehensive treatment and a mandatory two- week follow- up application to break the pest lifecycle. Application of an interior treatment with insecticides on an as- needed basis. To be scheduled by the Park Manager.
Lot 13: Intensive Roach Infestation Clean- Out - As Needed. Per- room or per- cottage rate for the aggressive treatment and eradication of severe roach infestations ( e. g. , German cockroaches) that exceed standard monthly preventative maintenance. Service must include specialized baiting, Insect Growth Regulators ( IGRs), and necessary follow- up visits until the unit is cleared. To be scheduled and approved by the Park Manager.
Lot 14: Nuisance Wildlife & Bat Removal - As Needed. Nuisance wildlife trapping, removal, and minor exclusion work ( e. g. , raccoons, squirrels, bats, snakes) on an as- needed basis. Pricing is structured per hour or per trap setup. All wildlife removal must comply with Kentucky state regulations. To be scheduled and approved by the Park Manager.
