This is a sole-source acquisition for spare and repair parts for fleet systems at NSWC PCD. Shark Marine Technologies Incorporated is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and the only source that can meet the government's needs. The acquisition will be conducted using simplified acquisition procedures with a total dollar value above micro-purchase levels, but not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold of $250,**** parts and kits will be delivered no later than sixty (60) days after receipt from the government.

This is a market survey to solicit statements of interest, capabilities, and cost estimates from businesses interested in providing supplies indicated in the attached requirements list. Equal items meeting the same form, fit, and function characteristics are acceptable. Manufacturers' specification sheets should be included with responses. Sealed bids will be received by the Harper College Board of Trustees on Wednesday, June 11, 2025, at 11:00 AM Central Daylight Time for furnishing all necessary labor, equipment, and material for the Harper College building Z cord reels project. Bidders must comply with Illinois law regarding prevailing wages and the business enterprise program. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, May 28, 2025, at 1:00 PM Central Daylight Time. Bid security in the form of a bid bond is required. Questions regarding the bidding documents must be submitted by Thursday, May 29, 2025, at 4:00 PM Central Time. Construction documents are available for a non-refundable deposit. Bidders must comply with applicable Illinois law requiring the payment of prevailing wages by all contractors working on public works. Bidders must comply with the Illinois statutory requirements regarding labor, including equal employment opportunity laws. Contractors shall pay not less than the prevailing rates of wages to all laborers, workmen, and mechanics performing work under this contract and shall comply with the requirements of the Illinois wages of employees on public works act 820 ilcs **** shall comply with the business enterprise program: participation and utilization plan developed by Harper College. There is a 0 percent aspirational goal on the contract.
