The work is to be completed as soon as possible but in no case longer than 30 days after award.

If the contractor does not, within five 5 days thereafter, take such measures as will in the judgement of the director insure the satisfactory completion of the work, the director may then, in writing, notify the contractor to discontinue all the work under the contract.

Each bidder shall visit the site of the proposed work and fully acquaint itself with the existing conditions there relating to construction and labor and should fully inform itself as to the facilities involved, the difficulties and restrictions attending the performance of the contract.

The town reserves the right to reject any bid should the evidence submitted by, or investigation of, such bidder fail to satisfy the town that such bidder is properly qualified to carry out the obligations of the bid and to complete the project contemplated therein.

The budget for the project is $30,****,000.
