The government's cost under this placement agreement will be derived from the purchase of CLIA-waived respiratory testing consumables and quality control materials, structured as facility-level minimum quantity purchase commitments.

Contractor personnel performing services shall be manufacturer-trained and qualified for the BioFire Spotfire platform, as evidenced by documentation available upon request. They shall also hold any licensure/certification required by applicable law, regulation, or policy.

Any false or misleading information submitted by an enterprise when submitting an offer in consideration of an award/set-aside under the Buy Indian Act is a violation of the law and punishable under 18 **** claims submitted as part of contract performance are subject to penalties.
