NPS faculty will be teaching courses in cyber and energy security topics at NSO. This is a sources sought notice from the CBP (Customs and Border Protection) seeking feedback from industry vendors on their ability to provide an integrated solution for facial capture of travelers while they walk through designated areas. The statement of work (SOW) outlines the requirements for security services at Milcon P351, Hangar 8 Mods 12. The contractor must provide construction surveillance technicians (CSTs) to oversee construction site security requirements. Key personnel requirements include a deputy site security project manager, and all personnel must be US citizens, tier III eligible for a security clearance, fluent in English, and capable of independent decision-making. Daily reports, meeting attendance, and security incident reporting are required. Personnel must be within a 150-mile radius of NAS Lemoore. The contractor is responsible for all base access expenses. Specific contract data requirements list (CDRLs) are outlined for various reports and documents. The contractor must comply with operations security (OPSEC) requirements outlined in DD Form 254. The SOW also specifies personnel security requirements, including security clearances and knowledge of security procedures. The contractor must be able to obtain base access and submit the necessary forms. Work hours are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays or government closures. Occasional weekend work may be required with at least two days' notice.
