Boswell Regional Center (BRC) is seeking a medical doctor to provide medical services for group homes and the Mississippi Adolescent Center. The contract will begin on January 1, 2026, and last for five years. The deadline for submission of Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) is August 7, 2025, at 10:00 AM Central Time. SOQs should include resumes of personnel involved, exceptions to terms, minimum information, and cost data. The evaluation will be based on weighted scoring for management, technical factors, and cost. The method of award is multi-step sealed qualifications. Price proposals are due April 20, 2020, at 10:00 AM Central Time. The solicitation is for a maintenance contract for generator maintenance and testing. Bidders must be registered in the LAgov system. Responses must be received by 02:00 PM CST on 07/08/2025. A mandatory jobsite visit is required. The contract is for an initial period beginning with the date of award and ending June 30, 2026, and may be renewed for two additional 12-month periods. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder meeting the specifications. The state reserves the right to reject individual line items. Bidders must include a W9 form if newly registered. All attachments must be printed and reviewed. The delivery will be made a number of days after receipt of order. Failure to deliver within the time specified or to provide the services as specified in the bid will constitute a default.
