Contractor shall accept all payments from County via electronic funds transfer (EFT) directly deposited into the contractor's designated checking or other banking account.

The award will be made to the lowest responsible bidder whose proposal complies with all requirements.

Bidders and subcontractors must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations and the County's ePro system. A Class A or Class C13 contractors license is required.

Contractors or subcontractors performing work without required registration may forfeit civil penalties. Failure to observe a stop order is a misdemeanor.

Bid protests must be submitted in writing to the Department of Public Works before 4:00 p. m. of the sixth business day following the bid opening.
