Control panel manufacturer must adhere to material list in attached drawings. No substitutes or equals allowed. All materials must be brand new and sourced through approved primary distribution channels. Secondary or aftermarket distribution channels are not allowed. Manufacturer must demonstrate supply chain of custody for all electronic equipment. Include all necessary consumables for a complete RTU control panel. All stranded control wiring shall be terminated with properly sized, UL- listed wire ferrules. Bare stranded wire terminations are not permitted. Control panel must be fully assembled and power tested before delivery. Drawing package must be approved by MPW before assembling the 15 units. One MPW witnessed factory acceptance test ( FAT) is required for the first RTU panel. The other 14 panels do not require a FAT. MPW is responsible for all PLC and HMI programming. Provide an

Control panel manufacturer must be UL508A certified, have a minimum of 10 years of experience in control panel fabrication and design, and shall maintain a design office staffed with qualified technical design personnel and competent service personnel.
In case of default by the vendor, MPW reserves the right to purchase like units on the open market charging the vendor with any additional costs. Should such charges be assessed, no subsequent bids of the defaulting vendor shall be considered until the assessed charges have been satisfied.
Discussions or communications written or oral concerning the bid, the bidders, the bidders competitors, or the award of the bid with members of the commission shall be basis for disqualification of the affected party's bid.
