Firms must demonstrate established relationships with entertainment and trade media, a history of successful media outreach, experience in creating and managing targeted events, and a proven track record of increasing media coverage for tourism and resort destination clients.
Failure or refusal to execute a contract after approval, or untimely withdrawal of a response before award, may result in forfeiture of surety as liquidated damages. Such failure may also result in a claim for damages and removal from the MBVCA's vendor list.
All questions or requests for clarifications must be received via BidNet Direct no later than July 6, 2026, by 12:00 PM.
Failure to receive an addendum issued to the RFP may result in disqualification of the proposal. Nonresponsive proposals or those not submitted in the required format may also be deemed nonresponsive and receive no further consideration.
