This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or services for in-person Occupational Therapist (OT) and Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) services at Crownpoint Community School. The government will award a labor hour price purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible quote whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be the most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The evaluation factors include capabilities, key personnel, and price.
Key personnel must be US citizens and have completed and passed the security clearance process prior to commencement of work. For OT/COTA services, contractors shall provide key personnel's resume demonstrating experience as a special education teacher, a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant from an accredited institution, and a current New Mexico license/certifications. A signed letter of commitment from key personnel is also required.
