For OT/COTA services, contractors shall provide key personnel's resume demonstrating experience as a special education teacher, a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant from an accredited institution, and a current New Mexico license/certifications. A signed letter of commitment from key personnel is also required.
