Failure to deliver within the time specified or to provide the services as specified in the bid will constitute a default and may cause cancellation of the contract.

The Town of Wethersfield is seeking a contractor to renovate the Classic Little League field in Mill Woods Park. The project includes complete reconstruction of the field, installation of a new drainage system, water service, irrigation system, planting new trees, and restoration of disturbed lawn areas. The goal is for the sod and grass to germinate and take root by fall to allow for use in spring 2026.
