Event Monitoring Government Bids & RFPs

The proposal submission deadline is Thursday, May 14, 2026, at 10:00 AM. Any bid received after this time will be returned unopened.

Unless otherwise indicated, payment terms will be net forty-five (45) days after receipt of a correct and approved invoice. Discounts for prompt payment will not be considered during evaluation but may be taken after award.

The proposercontractor agrees that the supplies and services furnished under this award shall be covered by the most favorable commercial warranties the proposercontractor gives to any customer for comparable quantities of such supplies or services.

Consideration for award will be by proximity to specifications given, costs, time of delivery, and other factors deemed by the City of Brooksville to be appropriate. All purchases based on competitive bids will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, and responsible proposercontractor.

Before the award of any contract, the proposercontractor may be required to show to the complete satisfaction of the City of Brooksville that it has the necessary facilities, ability, and financial resources to provide the service specified therein, in a satisfactory manner. The proposercontractor may also be required to give work history and references.

The RFP mentions that failure to deliver goods and services in accordance with contract terms and conditions may result in procurement from other sources and holding the proposercontractor responsible for any resulting additional costs, immediate termination of the contract, and disqualification and debarment for up to five years. Liquidated damages may also be assessed if work is not completed on time.

A pre-bid conference will be held on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at 10:30 AM, at Council Chambers at the City of Brooksville City Hall, 201 Howell Ave. , Brooksville, FL, 34601. The purpose is to allow potential proposercontractors an opportunity to present questions to staff and obtain clarification.

The question submission deadline is Thursday, April 30, 2026, at 5:00 PM. Any person or entity whose bid or proposal is rejected may protest such decision in strict compliance with the bid protest procedures.

The bid notice states that proposals shall be submitted via email no later than 12:00 noon local prevailing time on Thursday, April 29, 2026.

Technical questions must be submitted on or before April 15, 2026, at 5 PM PDT. An addendum to answer the questions will be issued no later than April 23, 2026.
