The Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV) is seeking proposals for livestreaming, video recording, and archiving services for its board and committee meetings, as well as those of the Motor Vehicle Crime Prevention Authority (MVCPA). The deadline for submitting questions is December 1, 2025, and the deadline for submission of responses is January 5, 2026. The contract term is anticipated to be from the contract effective date and expire on August 31, 2027, with possible extensions up to five years. The historical compensation for similar contracts has been approximately $79,**** annually. The respondent must submit a comprehensive response with all required information and documentation. The respondent must provide all equipment, management, and technical support necessary for live broadcasting of meetings at all TxDMV designated locations. The video recordings must comply with all requirements of this solicitation to enable contractor to post and archive the video recordings on TxDMVs internet website, in compliance with all applicable state and federal laws. The respondent must submit the pricing sheet in its original microsoft excel format only. Failure to comply with the pricing sheet format requirement by converting the price sheet to a pdf or other document format may result in disqualification of the response.
