The contractor shall furnish a bid guarantee. Offerors shall obtain a pledge of assets from each person acting as an individual surety on a bid guarantee. The contractor shall comply with current department of veterans affairs policy for personal identity verification of all employees performing under this contract when frequent and continuing access to VA facilities or information systems is required. The contractor shall conform to the standards established by the department of veterans affairs. There are requirements for contractor production reports, subcontracts and work coordination, government construction contract administration, construction contract changes, and contractor performance assessment reporting system (CPARS).
