The City of Greeley is seeking qualifications from consulting firms for a conditions (blight) study for a proposed West Greeley Tax Increment Financing (TIF) district. The study aims to determine if the area meets statutory factors for a blighted area under Colorado urban renewal law. Qualifications are due by July 16, 2026, 5 PM MST. An optional pre-qualification conference will be held via Microsoft Teams on June 23, 2026. The selected consultant will conduct an objective analysis and prepare a final report.
