Award of a contract will be based on the best overall proposal. Criteria include, but are not limited to, price, timeline, accordance with the goal of this RFP, previous references, portfolio samples, and the overall total value of the recommendations put forth by the vendor.
Proposals shall contain a comprehensive solution with a detailed approach/methodology, vendor and college staffing requirements, and any other assumptions to achieve the goal of this RFP. Vendors must also provide a comprehensive price proposal and acknowledge their understanding of the scope. Proof of insurance and 2-3 current customer references are required.
A site visit is required and bids will not be accepted from bidders who have not inspected the site. The scheduled site visit is on April 9, 2026, at 9:00 a. m. EDT at the Damon Flowers Building.
