The bidder must have operated continuously for a minimum of five years as an established firm in providing custodial services and must submit proof of required experience with the bid.
Contractors employees found working in any police or municipal court area who have not been cleared in advance will be required to leave the area immediately and the contractor will be fined $500 for each employee, per instance.
A job walk/site visit will be available on August 03, 2026, at 09:00 AM CT at 321 John Sartain Street, Corpus Christi, Texas **** walk participants will meet at City Hall, **** Leopard St. , Corpus Christi, TX ****, at the Lipan Street entrance and be escorted to the job site.
