Warranty Government Bids & RFPs

The anticipated contract will include annual service support, maintenance, and warranty coverage for the existing degausser-destructor disintegrator.

Any service or maintenance performed by unauthorized personnel would void the equipment warranty, which would pose an unacceptable risk to the government.

The contract includes Warranty of Supplies of a Noncomplex Nature Jun **** and a 365-day warranty period, with a 45-day extension after the last delivery.

The contractor shall establish, implement, document, and maintain a quality system that ensures conformance to all applicable requirements of ISO **** or SAE ****.

Repairs performed using unapproved changes to manuals, drawings, specifications, or changes to repair source or facility are done at the contractor's own risk. If the government disapproves, the contractor shall replace any delivered items repaired using such unapproved changes.

The government will make progress payments to the contractor when requested as work progresses, but not more frequently than monthly, in amounts of $2,500 or more approved by the contracting officer.
