The task order will be awarded on a fair opportunity basis to the responsible offeror offering the best value to the government, with a price-only source selection process.

Offerors must be MACC contract holders and responsible. Specific qualifications are required for the Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO), Quality Control Manager (QC Manager), and Commissioning Provider (CXP).

Liquidated damages will be assessed at $997 for each calendar day of delay beyond the completion date. Failure to submit required documents or meet quality standards may result in payment retention.

A site visit is scheduled for April 9, 2026, at 9:00 AM EST. Contractors must coordinate base access with the provided POCs and have valid identification.

Specific requirements for submittals of product data, samples, and shop drawings are detailed in Section 01 33 00 and 01 33 10.

Pre-Proposal Inquiries (PPIs) must be submitted in writing via email no later than 14 calendar days prior to the proposal due date.

The estimated price range for this project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000.
