This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for HVAC component replacement in Building 2 Telehealth Rooms at Central Western MA VAMC. The acquisition is 100% set aside for verified SDVOSBs. Failure to register in SAM. gov in sufficient time to meet the VA's requirement will make an interested party ineligible to receive a government contract. Failure to register in VISTA may result in exclusion from the issuance of a VA contract.
