This is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for the Skyhaven Airport Restroom Addition Aircraft Maintenance Building project. Bids must be submitted electronically through the UCM eBid system only. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the Aircraft Maintenance Building, UCM Skyhaven Airport. Contractors are required to submit a bid bond of not less than 5% of the total bid amount. Performance and payment bonds are also required. The proposed final completion date is 45 calendar days from the projected notice to proceed date of June 30, 2026. All new vendors awarded a contract will be required to register in the UCM Supplier Management System. UCM shall make payments within 30 days of receipt and approval of invoices.

UCM shall make payments within 30 days of receipt and approval of invoices. Progress payments may be made based on work that has been completed and verified by UCM. UCM will not make prepayment for any materials or services associated with this project.
Pending any award, the bid is reviewed and evaluated for responsiveness and responsibility. No award will be made until the evaluation and review is complete by UCM.
The contractor certifies, by submitting this proposal, that neither it nor its principals are presently debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, declared ineligible or voluntarily excluded from participation in this transaction contract by any governmental department or agency.
Liquidated damages shall be enforced as shown in the attached document.
Vendors are encouraged to attend the prebid meeting on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the Aircraft Maintenance Building at the UCM Skyhaven Airport.
