Oklahoma County will evaluate responses based on price, availability, and references, as well as firm qualifications, experience, team organization, and ability to perform work.
Firms must be experienced and qualified contractors with experience in similar projects. Resumes of all team members shall note licensures, certifications, and professional memberships.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, July 7th, 2026, at 1:00 PM CST. It is highly encouraged that all parties interested in submitting for this project attend the meeting. Attendance is mandatory for submissions to be considered.
A supplier shall submit written notice to the purchasing director of a protest of an award by the county within ten 10 business days of award.
Grounds for removal or suspension from the bidder list include three consecutive failures to respond to a bid notice, failure to post a satisfactory performance bond, consistent failure to conform to bid award specifications, failure to make timely delivery, failure to keep a bid firm, collusion, bankruptcy, giving false information, or any violation of rules.
