Sealed bids will be received by the city of Cathedral City until September 4, 2025, 11:00 AM, for the pavement rehabilitation projects. The scope of work includes the removal and disposal of existing asphalt pavement, construction of asphalt concrete, micro milling, application of crack seal, and other improvements. The project must be completed within 35 working days from the notice to proceed. Bidders must be registered with Planit Plan Room to receive addenda. Bid security of at least 10% of the total bid amount is required. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a labor and materials bond and a faithful performance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price.
