Commercial Power Generation Facility Lease Lease of non- excess DA land properties for the design, financing, development, construction, installation, ownership, maintenance, operation, security, and decommissioning of a commercial power generation facility. Power generation can include natural gas, geothermal, nuclear ( up to 500 MW per unit), or solar. The facility must provide essential energy resilience capabilities to DA during grid outages exceeding four hours. All power generated during normal grid operations is expected to be sold to a third- party off- taker. The lease term is fifty ( 50) years, with a potential for renewal.
