Proposers must be qualified to provide chicken processing services. Supporting documentation includes proof of insurance, noncollusion certification, Georgia security and immigration compliance, debarment and suspension certification, subcontractor form, business references, and company contact list.

Deliveries will be made to Federal Correctional Institution, Talladega, 565 E Renfroe Rd, Talladega, Alabama **** dates will begin July 1, 2026, and end September 30, 2026.

Payment will be made using the electronic funds transfer EFT or the government purchase card for awards of less than $10,****.

Quotations will be evaluated on price and past performance.

The government will award to responsible vendors whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the government. Poor past performance, failure to deliver awarded items in the past, or not meeting required specifications may result in quotes being considered from a non-responsible vendor.

Deliveries will be made between July 1, 2026, through July 31, 2026.

Payments will be made via government purchase card for awards at or below $15,**** over $15,**** will be written as purchase orders and payable by EFT.

The government will award to the responsible offeror's whose offer conforms to the solicitation based on price.

Each offeror is required to be registered in www. ***. *. * complete with representations and certifications at the time of quotation.

Past performance poor past performance, failure to deliver awarded items in the past, not meeting required specifications, etc. , may result with the vendors quotes being considered as a non responsible vendor.

Delivery date is estimated to be before July 17, 2026.
