Riverbay Corporation is seeking a contractor for glass repair and replacement in lobbies, apartments, and shopping centers. Bids are due by 4 PM on August 10, 2026, and must be submitted via the Bidnet system. Late submissions will not be accepted. Pricing must be provided for all line items. Invoices submitted 90 days or more after the month services were performed will not be paid by Riverbay.
The evaluation criteria include bidders past experience performance (30 points), bidders cost of services (30 points), bidders ability to undertake the entire scope of work (20 points), and bidders ability to comply with bid instructions (20 points). Riverbay retains the discretion to determine the lowest qualified bidder.
Bidders must provide a company profile including company name, logo, locations, contact info, mission/vision, and history. They must also explain their technical competence, provide a history of past performance on similar projects, attach resumes for key personnel, and provide contact details for five past clients.
Failure to adhere to submission instructions, including submitting late bids, not providing pricing for all line items, altering the bid form, or failing to submit required documents like Appendix B and the bid form to Bidnet may result in disqualification.
