Proposals must be submitted by 2:00 PM EST on August 29th, 2023. The proposal must include a completed submission form (page 7) and any additional required documents. The county will consider the ability, capacity, and skill of the respondent to provide the items as required, promptness, character, integrity, reputation, judgment, experience and efficiency of the bidder, quality of performance of previous engagements, previous and existing compliance by the bidder with applicable laws and ordinances, sufficiency of the financial resources and ability of the bidder to provide the requested server, the number and scope of conditions attached to the bid, any potential conflicts of interest between bidders and the county governing body and staff, and the quality and performance, reputation, of the products being proposed by the bidder.
