The US Embassy in Bratislava, Slovakia, requires a contractor to supply, install, and maintain CCTV and residential alarm systems at a gated single-family residence. The contract has a 12-month base period with four one-year options to renew. The contractor must provide a detailed technical proposal and associated documents within 10 business days of receiving the Notice to Proceed (NTP). The project must be completed within 15 workdays after the technical proposal is approved. The proposal must include pricing for the base year and four option years, routine service maintenance, documented response times, and performance standards. Detailed as-built drawings and system specifications are required upon completion. The contractor is responsible for obtaining all necessary licenses and permits. The contractor must provide a three-year workmanship warranty for the installation and standard warranties for all applicable equipment components. The contractor must follow the safety instructions of the RSO or their designee safety officers guidelines. The contractor must provide all equipment and materials required to perform the standard services as specified in this contract. The contractor shall not subcontract any work to be performed without the express consent of the contracting officer. The government will evaluate offers based on compliance review, technical acceptability, price evaluation, and responsibility determination. The government reserves the right to reject proposals that are unreasonably low or high in price. The contractor must comply with all applicable FAR and DOSAR clauses. The deadline for quotes remains unchanged.
