This is a Sources Sought Notice for a compact articulated tractor system and attachments for NIST's Gaithersburg campus. The system must be capable of year-round grounds maintenance, including mowing, sports field maintenance, edging, sweeping, snow removal, spreading, power raking, turbine blowing, and pond bank/slope maintenance. The reference product is the Ventrac **** with specific attachments. Equal products will be considered if they meet or exceed the salient characteristics. The contractor shall provide the tractor, attachments, manuals, warranty, FOB destination delivery, and training. Delivery lead time is three months or as soon as possible after contract award. Training for up to six users is required within three days of delivery. The warranty period is a minimum of two years for the tractor and all attachments. Payment is Net 30 days after delivery, acceptance, and successful completion of training. NIST is a restricted campus requiring identification badges and vehicle registration for access. Deliveries are accepted Monday-Friday, 6:00 am to 3:30 pm. Interested small businesses should submit a capabilities package by July 8, 2026, 5 pm ET.

Interested parties should submit a brief capabilities package addressing ability to acquire and deliver, provide repair parts and service, company profile, and evidence of small business status. The capabilities package requested under this sources sought notice is not expected to be a proposal, but rather a short statement regarding the companys ability to demonstrate existing expertise and experience in relation to this procurement.
