The submissions are due by 4:00 PM on June 3, 2026.

The government intends to award multiple prototype other transaction agreements to the offerors whose solution briefs are determined to be most advantageous to the government based on the evaluation criteria outlined in section D.

The government intends to make up to five (5) Other Transaction Agreements for Segment I Phase I. Downselections will be conducted only at the conclusion of each segment. Following the completion of Segment I, the government will evaluate performers and downselect up to two solutions to proceed to the Segment II option (Phase II and III).

Questions in regard to this finalized call must be submitted before 5:00 PM on May 19, 2026.

Unauthorized contact with other government personnel regarding this competition may constitute an organizational conflict of interest (OCI) and result in the offeror's exclusion from the competition.

The bid notice states that confirmation of your ability to provide delivery and installation within the stated 3 week time period is required.

Respondents must include a cover letter on company letterhead including the company name, point of contact POC with telephone number, email address, website, as well as company unique entity identifier UEI and cage code. The vendor must also confirm that the company is deemed responsible in accordance with FAR **** and confirm current active registration in sam. gov.

The bid notice asks what site preparation is required e. g. , water hook ups, electrical work and how long will it take you to complete the prep work.

The period of performance is one base year of 12 months and four 12-month option years. The first service visit will be on or around **** and will consist of all six month and twelve month services.

The government will award a firm fixed priced contract with a cost reimbursable CLIN for unscheduled repairs/emergency work. Any repair/emergency work will be separately negotiated and approved in writing by the contracting officer prior to execution.

The contractor shall provide trained and qualified personnel to accomplish all work and services covered under this contract. The contractor is responsible for ensuring all employees have the proper licenses and certifications for the state of Florida to properly operate and maintain equipment. The contractor shall provide written certification that it is an authorized and active Bauer service provider and distributor, and is NAVSEA certified. Contractor shall show proof of historical work provided on electric and diesel Bauer systems and Seccant systems within the last two years.

The government has the right to restrict the performance, under this contract, of any contract employee or prospective contractor employee, who is identified as a potential threat to the health, safety, security and/or the general wellbeing or operational mission of the installation and its population.
