grounds maintenance all beds shall be kept weed free and maintained every two 2 weeks. beds include landscape area between city hall building and sidewalks, raised monument bed, 2 flower beds in front of city hall, city hall annex, and the obelisk bed on the corner. beds shall receive 2 preemergent herbicide treatments per year and all necessary post emergent herbicides. planting of spring and fall flowers are to be in this bid as the city will buy the flowers. shrubs should be trimmed in the spring before mulch is installed. shrubs should be trimmed back in late fallearly winter for new spring blooms. all sidewalks shall be blown of landscape debris at the end of each visit with trash being removed from the area first. all debris shall be removed from the site at the end of each visit unless otherwise agreed upon for composting on site. leaves shall be removed from beds during all visits for a crisp clean look expansion joints, cracks, and curb lines shall remain weed free.
