The contractor is required to install a laser etcher, fume extractor, and monitoring system in a specific location at Minot AFB. The contractor must provide
training for personnel on laser usage, configurations, and troubleshooting. The contractor must supply a 20-watt laser etcher with specific capabilities, a mobile base and cabinet, a computer and monitor, and a fume extractor. The contractor must also supply and set up the necessary software and hardware. A test product must be run to ensure proper operation. The contractor must provide
training on usage, procedures, maintenance, and troubleshooting. The contractor must identify any base support requirements, dispose of residues, and restore wall penetrations. The contractor must comply with all federal, state, local, and base environmental laws and regulations. A final project walkthrough must be scheduled with the government project manager at least 72 hours prior to the event. A two-year warranty or manufacturer's standard commercial warranty, whichever is longer, must be provided. The period of performance is 60 days from contract award. The contractor must comply with all base installation standards, commercial codes, and standards. The contractor must process a site visit request letter with specific personnel information. The contractor must comply with all local, state, and federal safety guidelines, including accident/incident reporting and hazardous materials handling. The contractor must provide material safety data sheets (MSDS) for any hazardous materials. The contractor must clearly mark all equipment with company name, contract number, and project number. The contractor must provide construction equipment as needed. The contractor must transport and store all materials and equipment required for the contract.
