The State of Oregon, Department of Administrative Services (DAS), State Procurement Services (SPS) on behalf of the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife (ODFW) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for GPS satellite tracking collars and associated equipment for various species. The initial term of the agreement is anticipated to be five (5) years with options to renew up to an additional five (5) years for a cumulative maximum of ten (10) years.
