Oral Surgery Biddings - Procurement Opportunities

The Indiana Army National Guard requires extensive dental treatment services for soldiers. The contractor must provide services from their own dental office during normal business hours (and potentially outside). The contractor must develop and maintain a quality control plan (QCP) and the government will evaluate performance according to a quality assurance surveillance plan (QASP). Specific dental treatments are required (root canals, crowns, etc. ). Soldiers' insurance must be used before government funds. Invoices must be submitted monthly. A designated contract manager (CM) is required. The contractor must report labor hours via a secure data collection site (using a specific web address). Reporting is required for each fiscal year (October 1 to September 30), with a deadline of October 31 of each year, starting with 2016.

The Department of Human Services is seeking a contractor for oral surgery and/or restorative dental procedures for adjudicated juveniles at two facilities in Pennsylvania. The contract term is two years with potential for three one-year renewals. The contractor must be board certified in oral surgery, hold an unrestricted Pennsylvania license, and provide proof of malpractice and liability insurance. The contractor must submit professional license number, board certification, license, proof of insurance, and workers protection and investment certification as attachments to their bid. All questions must be submitted via email by a specific date and time. Award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. The selected contractor will be reimbursed for accepted services and must submit invoices to the specified address. The contractor must comply with the Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA) requirements, including staff training and sign-off forms.
