The contract requires the purchase, delivery, and upgrade of a nitrogen generator booster at Tinker Air Force Base. The contractor must provide machine disconnection, removal, and transportation. Delivery and upgrade must be completed within five business days. The contractor must provide documentation, meet specific requirements, and undergo performance testing. The contractor must provide official correspondence ten calendar days after contract award date to the cor from the potw that states the potw is permitted for all pollutants that the contractor may discharge during the contracted service. The contractor shall provide written certification to the gpoc for each employee within ten 10 business days after the contract award date. The contractor shall also ensure all new employees view the foddop training and provide written certification of training to the gpoc prior to the employees starting work in the ocalc shops. Every 36 months, the contractor and contractor personnel shall be required to review the foddop training and to provide written certification to the gpoc. The contractor shall contact the government poc seven 7 business days before arriving on tinker afb in order to make arrangements for visitors passes.

This is a Sources Sought notice for market research to identify qualified sources for overhauling GE T700 401C and T700 401D turboshaft engines and their components. Responses should include company information, capabilities, certifications, warranty details, and business size. The closing date for responses is March 13, 2026, at 2:00 PM EDT. E-mail responses are preferred.
