Crane services will only be required for a total of one 1 day during the period of **** August 2026. The ERDC/GSL will confirm the exact date with the contractor no later than two weeks prior to the need.
Payment will be made by the government in accordance with the prompt payment act 31 **** and prompt payment regulations at 5 CFR part ****.
The contractor warrants and implies that the items delivered under this contract are merchantable and fit for use for the particular purpose described in this contract.
The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered.
Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. The contractor shall provide a fully certified and qualified crane operator.

Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a bidder ineligible for award. Failure to submit sufficient information for the government to determine technical acceptability and quoted price may cause for rejection of your quote.
