The period of performance (POP) shall be 60 calendar days after notice to proceed.

The material and workmanship shall include a 1-year warranty.

The contractor shall ensure all employees possess all required licenses for operating heavy equipment, welding licenses, material handling equipment (MHE) i. e. forklift and any others, in the performance of this contract. The governments target price range for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000.
