The US Army Corps of Engineers, New York District, intends to issue a solicitation package for a firm fixed price contract for the construction of the Sinclair Brook restoration in West Point, NY. The project is estimated to be between $10 and $25 million and is set aside for small businesses. The project involves restoration of the Sinclair Brook channel, construction of new channel improvements, installation and replacement of culverts, replacement and repair of vehicular and pedestrian bridges, fixing scour and erosion from storm damage, cleaning up debris in the channel, stabilizing banks, and addressing drainage deficiencies.
