This is a proposed task order under the Multiple Award Contract Remedial Action Operations Award Contract (RAOMAC) for construction services at EV32, NIROP Fridley, Site 5, OM, 8A in Fridley, Minnesota. The main objective is to complete tasks necessary for the Navy Environmental Restoration Program (NERP) at the former Naval Industrial Reserve Ordnance Plant (NIROP) Groundwater Treatment Facility (GWTF). The contract will be awarded on a fair opportunity basis to the responsible offeror offering the best value to the government, with the award expected to be based on the lowest evaluated price. Proposals must be submitted electronically via PIEE by May 4, 2026, no later than 2:00 PM EST. Late proposals will not be considered. All terms and conditions of the existing RAOMAC IDIQ contract apply. Offerors are responsible for adhering to all applicable clauses, even if not restated in this RFP package. Funding may not be available, and no award will be made if funds are not available. Offerors will not be reimbursed for any effort or proposal costs.
