An irregularity is an omission or error that, in HHSC's determination if waived or modified when screening responses, would not give a bidder an unfair advantage over other bidders or result in a material change in the response or IFB requirements. HHSC, at its sole discretion, may give a bidder the opportunity to submit missing information or make corrections. The missing information or corrections must be emailed to the sole point of contact, section 6. 1 sole point of contact and communications by the deadline set by HHSC. Failure to respond before the deadline may result in HHSC's rejecting the response and the bidder not being considered for award.
