Bids are due by 11:00 AM on Wednesday, July 15, 2026. Deliveries must be made between 8:30 AM and 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and require a written purchase order.

Cash discounts offered will be considered in determining awards. The discount period is computed from the date of delivery or correct invoice, whichever is later.

The town reserves the right to accept and award the bid to the lowest qualified bid deemed most favorable to the interest of the town of Narragansett.

It is the intent of WCSD to award this solicitation contract on a line-by-line basis to multiple vendors deemed to be the lowest responsive and responsible bidders.
