The solicitation is for the repair of antennas, waveguides, and related equipment. The government requires government source inspection (GSI). The contractor must accurately report all transactions by the end of the fifth regular business day after receipt. Any asset for which the contractor does not meet the required repair turnaround time (RTAT) will incur a price reduction per unit per month the contractor is late. Offerors must be authorized distributors of the original manufacturers item.

The tender specifies the need for two Ebara EVA102SP roughing pumps for NASA Glenn vacuum facilities. The pumps must meet specific technical requirements. Potential vendors Kurt Lesker and Erie Tech Group are not recommended due to higher costs and longer lead times. Ideal Vacuum is recommended due to the lowest price and in-stock delivery. This tender seeks proposals for the installation and repair of lift station pumps. The deadline for submitting quotes is August 4, 2025, at 3 PM. Vendors must be registered in the SAM system and have the relevant NAICS codes listed. A site visit is recommended. Questions must be submitted by July 25, 2025. The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, lowest price, technically acceptable. The anticipated award date is 5 business days after the close of solicitation, on August 11, 2025. The work must be performed between 8 AM and 3 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. The contractor will be responsible for all damages to government equipment and property due to fault or negligence. The contractor must provide personnel with the necessary knowledge, qualifications, and working experience to perform the functions outlined in the performance requirements and shall be a licensed and certified to conduct clean up and remediation activities. All personnel shall have at a minimum an understanding of operation, maintenance procedures, and regulatory requirements associated with the work outlined in this statement of work. The contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, transportation, equipment and supervision. The contractor is to remove the older lift station pumps that are inside the lift station and properly dispose of. Install 02 new ebara 5hp3ph **** 480vac pumps. During the completion of work, contractor will test the operation of the lift station to ensure proper operation. Contractor shall provide 1 year of monthly preventive maintenance required by Pinellas county **** 1, **** wiring and work will be complying with the NEC. Provide 2 pump cleans on the lift station every 6 months 2 visits. Test all floats and ensure proper operation of lift station. Contractor shall be responsible for daily removal of all construction debris and shall ensure that job site cleanliness is maintained for the duration of the work. The contractor shall be liable for all damages to government equipment and property when such damage is due to fault or negligence of the contractor. The contractor shall be responsible for all damages or injury to persons that occur as a result of the contractors fault or negligence. The contractor shall take proper safety and health precautions to protect the work the workers, the public, and the property of others. The contractor shall provide a price breakdown of the following: cost of labor and supervision, cost of materials and equipment needed to remove existing lift stations and replace with new. Past performance documents must be provided with the proposal. The contract will be awarded to the vendor who can perform the work outlined in the provided statement of work in the time frame needed by unit. Past performance and cost factors will also be used when selecting the award. Performance of work is expected to commence no later than 10 business days after award is made.
