Failure to successfully meet the required services or performance level will result in the government rejecting services. The government reserves the right to require the contractor to develop a corrective action plan.
The training will include a walkdown of inservice components. Site visits for individuals requiring escorts or that are outside of regular business hours shall be scheduled in advance with the COR.
