The Texas Air National Guard (TXANG) seeks a contractor to execute a comprehensive optichannel marketing campaign to improve retention outcomes for airmen within **** months of their expiration term of service (ETS). The campaign will use a combination of traditional and digital channels, including direct mail, email, SMS, and social media, along with personalized landing pages, prefilled lead forms, and a retention intent survey. The campaign must be fully deployable within 45 calendar days of receiving required materials from the government. The contractor must designate qualified personnel and resources to oversee campaign development, execution, and reporting. The campaign will be executed twice during the period of performance. The contractor must provide analytics and reporting to evaluate and improve campaign performance. The contractor shall not perform services on recognized US holidays.
