The Jefferson Parish Sheriffs Office is accepting bids for automotive fuelgas. The contract will be for two years with two two-year renewal options. Bids must be in ink or typewritten and properly signed. Questions should be directed to Director Larry Smith no later than five working days prior to bid opening. A performance bond is required. The contractor must implement the system within thirty days of the award letter. Weekly and monthly reports are required. The contractor must provide fuel card access and ensure adequate fuel supply during emergencies. The contractor must provide off-premise fueling stations. Prices are based on OPIS. The contractor must provide two fuel tankers on an as-needed basis during emergencies.
