Payment terms are Net 30 days after receipt of a valid invoice in the finance office. Payments will be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT).

Failure to be registered in the SAM system at the time of proposal submission may deem the offeror's proposal to be considered non-responsible and no further consideration will be given.

The contractor shall complete the entire work ready for use not later than 120 calendar days after receiving contract award, from the start date in the notice to proceed. Payments for services will be made after the services are fully completed, based on quantities and unit prices. Contractors should submit invoices for payment after full completion of the services. Payment is made by electronic funds transfer to the contractor's bank account.
