Request approval to use other than full and open competition to award a bridge contract extending for 12 months the period of performance on contracts for waterfront facilities at various government installations within the NAVFAC SW area of responsibility. The waterfront facilities IV MACC is used to award task orders for new construction, repair, and renovation, of waterfront structures and dredging at various locations primarily within the NAVFAC SW AOR, including but not limited to, California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, and New Mexico.
