Proposals are due by September 18, 2025, 10:00 AM CDT. Proposals must be submitted electronically. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. The government's obligation is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds. The desired delivery is 60 days after the date of contract. A firm-fixed price contract will be awarded to a vendor for snow and ice control equipment. The equipment must meet specific requirements for snowplow, spreader stand, and anti-ice system.
